Q.
Where is it supposed to be on the show?
A. In Moose Creek, New York.
Q.
When did we see it on the show?
A. In Episode 5, of Season 9, "Runaway".
Dexter is looking for a guy named Miles, a street dealer who sold the lethal drugs that almost killed his son, Harrison.
Miles is reportedly operating
out of a dive bar In Moose Creek, so Dexter goes there and hangs out
until he spots the guy dealing drugs.
Dexter pretends he's in the
market for drugs in order to lure the guy outside the bar to the
parking lot, where he sticks a hypodermic needle in his neck, planning
to kill him in his usual manner.
But just then, the police
show up in the parking lot, so Dexter pretends that he is beating up the
pusher. Logan pulls him off the guy, and has him come back to the police
station with them.
Later, in Episode 8, a
suspicious Angela goes to this bar and talks to Miles about his run-in
with Dexter, and she learns that Dexter stuck a needle in his neck.

Q. Where can I find it in real life?
A. In the real world, this is known as B-Man's 140 Tavern, and you'll find it at 344 Redemption Rock Trail, in Sterling, Massachusetts. (The number 140 in the Tavern's name reflects the fact that is an Massachusetts Route 140)
The photos below were shot by Ron B.:
Here is a Google StreetView of the bar:
Q. How the heck did you figure out where it was?
A.
I learned very early that they were going to be filming at this bar,
when the first newspaper reports about filming in Massachusetts started
coming out, B-Man's 140 Tavern was mentioned as a
location, In the Telegram & Gazette, even before the new production had actually begun filming in the state (although they didn't actually film here until May).
Then Ron B. drove out and shot photos of the bar, which you see above.
